Export Shipping Dimensions: Each Aqua-Cycle, as prepared for loading into a container at our plant, has a shipping weight of 140 kg and is 5.4 cubic meters. Each is loaded partially assembled, meaning that we assemble the drive train (pedal crank to the rear axle) and you attach the wheels, seat and front fork upon delivery.
Export Packaging: Each Aqua-Cycle as loaded into a container is made up of three
units.
- The three wheels as one set (73kg / 1.2mx1.2mx1.6m = 2.3m³)
- The
seat and assembly parts (22kg / .7mx.7mx1.3m = .6m³)
- The frame and drive train
assembled (45kg / 1.8mx1.5mx.94m = 2.5m³)
Export Shipping Containers:
- Up to 22 Aqua-Cycles can be loaded into one 45’ "high
cube" container (when loaded at our plant)
- Up to 20 Aqua-Cycles can be loaded into
one 40’ "high cube" container (when loaded at our plant)
- Up to 15 Aqua-Cycles can
be loaded into one 40’ standard container (when loaded at our plant)
- Up to 7 Aqua-Cycles®can
be loaded into one 20’ standard container (when loaded at our plant).
Container Loading: There is no additional charge for us to load your order into a container at our plant. This helps minimize your costs, allows us to be sure your order is properly packed to protect the contents and maximizes the number of units in the container. Container loads are the most economical method of shipping to overseas destinations.
Point of Origin: Aqua-Cycles are shipped from Brownwood, Texas - USA (Zipcode 76801).
HS Code: This is an international standardized system of classifying products. Two HS codes have been applied to Aqua-Cycles. One may be more favorably treated in your country than another. The most commonly used is 8712 because it is a tricycle. The other is 8903 because it floats on water and may be considered a boat.
